Microplex directors.
I have found a tiler prepared to undertake laying quarry tiles and 3m2 splashback to the urinals in the WCs. After much discussion, research and meeting trades on site this has emerged as the best solution for long term maintenance and easy cleaning. Its a firm favourite with the volunteers.
Sonny the tiler is happy for vols to grout the tiles if they want to get involved. Please could you consider and approve the costs below:
Labour: *£1500* with grout or £1200 for only laying tiles. Quarry Tiles: 23.5m2 *£1023.50* to include 10% wastage with free delivery https://www.tilewarehouse.co.uk/quarry-autumn-blend-tiles-15x15cm/ (will hunt around for best price) Wall tiles:* £40* Grout & adhesive: allow *£200*

Dear Jo,
you don't need to check in with MH regarding approving costs, we don't hold these powers. You can put it to volunteers to inform what is happening, budget has already been approved in the last volunteer meeting. Assume these costs have already been included in the overall budget proposal, and seem fine to me.
You can obviously include us in any communication as an FYI. I will pay the incoming MH invoices and keep an eye on finances with @accounts.

Sorry, i shouldd have been clearer. This is an additional cost. The flooring was still at large at the last check in. We had been offered paint but with renovating the rest of the wcs and the flooring being one of the biggest issues I've been hunting for someone prepared to install and guarantee the floor tiles. Finally found someone.
