re. my previous message tentatively suggesting an AGM this week, obviously haven't actioned this. Just before most of us go off on (school) hols, heads up advice from Ryan regarding AGM is that we usually do this at the same time as the Cube in order to ensure alignment of intercompany balances. Our new bookkeeper is keen to sort a few things but nothing that can't wait until end of summer. Have a nice time folks. x
