Evening Rob,

I met up with Nial today to discuss a sale of the car park. Agreement swiftly settled upon.

Nial has proposed to assist us in pruning the offending tree that shades your garden. Please speak direct. In addition, removal over the ivy which covers the wall up to the Cube Cinema.

A most helpful gesture.

Nial is on notice that both car spaces within my control are on licence, that these will be held over on the current terms as until completion.

Completion is scheduled for the first Friday in December 2024.
