I could really do with some help here - does the lease exist? I've searched the building, plus the wiki, cube_work, and email archive. There are detailed questions about VAT and how changes are made to the lease that I just can't answer (for the rates evaluation form, due 6 Aug).

If anyone could cast their eye over the attached before tomorrow I'd appreciate it.
Income amounts are from Quickbooks, punter numbers from headfirst and ticket source with 10% added for walkins (which more or less matches my data for May 2023-4).
