Dear all,
Nick has resent the details of easement and access ahead of the anticipated sale of the car park. Exchange is planned for 29th October. The legal document confirms that the soil pipes from the flats to the side and over the WCs are legitimate and we cannot demand their removal (in legal jargon they are included under "service of media", media being any pipework ,electrical cables etc. ).
Please could you look over the access to the cube across the car park and if there are any concerns do raise them.
If we're still happy with this agreement I'll reply to Nick and confirm we are happy for the sale to proceed. I'm happy to liaise with the electricity company to reroute the supply so it no longer is hosted in the basement of no 4 King Square.

The Cube already have an easement facilitating access into your freehold, this was provided upon Beaver purchasing the freehold of the car park, but prior to selling the Cube your own freehold.
Suggest that Emma draft a proposal that meets all party’s agreement.
You may have an alternative from Princess Drive, worth exploring.
