Emma Thompson is aware of your possible relocation of the electrical power currently in the basement of No 4. The requirement for an easement across this land to accommodate.

Please supply direct to her your advising solicitors.

We are proposing an exchange by 29 October, with completion on the first Friday in December 2024.
