Following my email of 10th September I am starting a new email chain so this issue does not get overlooked.

"Please be aware/ reminded that the soil pipes from the first floor flat and adjacent ground floor bedsit pass through the Cube Cinema and, as part of the refurbishment works and prior to sale or relet, these pipes must be re-routed directly into the foul drain without passing through the Cube building to achieve full separation.

If any representatives require access please don't hesitate in passing on my details. I can also meet them on site to find a solution which disrupts the Cube as little as possible. "
