hope you are all keeping well. Please find MH accounts attached, Ryan
has advised AGM Dec/Jan. Good to have a pre-AGM meet, suggest AGM Sat
afternoon or a Monday eve in early January.

There has been some emails from Jo K regarding Nick Upton, car park sale
etc, do have a gander. Not a specific MH issue but it will be in our
remit as custodians, something we could discuss when we meet.
Perhaps an idea to bring Jo into the meeting as Cube representative.

For those of you not particularly active or in the building much, the
toilet/ garden/ FOH refurb has been a success, spend (£33.5K). It has
made a huge difference already.

Current MH funds after refurb is £33K FYI.
We got approx £2K in from the toilet fundraising via cash, FOH and
PayPal. In general, Ticketsource brings approx £20 in donations per film
title, Headfirst £100 per month.
Cube cash-flow okay, around 30+K in the main atm.

Let me know how you are fixed when it comes to dates, feel free to
suggest. Can be IRL or online. Suggest Saturday Jan 11th or Monday Jan
13th. x
