I got these (or most of them at any rate) when I was digging into the building history a couple of years ago. I am pretty sure I loaded them into the Cube cloud storage folders related to the history, but I'm not at my laptop right now. If they're not in cloud then I may have jem offline.

FWIW the planning folks made them available for download for me from the planning portal site. The email address of the person that did it was customerservices.ptsd@bristol.gov.uk

There was no fee.
